The most important service for me is the laundry service because if you arrive tired from the flight and don't have time to wash, we already have help. 

My departure was on March 4, 2023 and I arrived in Cartagena on the same date. I checked in at noon. There wasn’t a bellman so I had to carry my luggage by myself. I stayed in a double room with a queen size bed. Thank God I had an in-room minibar. The hotel offered wireless internet service and there was a pool on the rooftop. I checked out at 3 pm on March 5, 2023, the bill was cheap, $250000 COP. It was a nice experience, warm room and a comfortable place. 🚎
